OCT

Baseline Ophthalmic Systems provides Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) Imaging from industry leading manufacturers, including Zeiss, Optovue, Topcon, among others. The OCT’s from Baseline are fully reconditioned to factory specification by manufacturer trained technicians.

About Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT Imaging)-  Optical Coherence Tomography, or OCT, is advanced technology used for retinal imaging and analysis. This technology provides highly detailed images of the retina as well as the optic nerve. These cross-sectional images are viewable in 2D and 3D, allowing for topographical mapping of the eye including macular thickness. Various pathology can be detected using this non-contact technology such as Glaucoma and Keratoconus. OCT is also extremely helpful to measure the changes in a patients eyes overtime and can be beneficial pre and post-operatively for cataract patients.

Zeiss Cirrus 5000 HD-OCT

CIRRUS HD-OCT 5000 is equipped with the highest resolution visualization capabilities and sophisticated clinical applications such as Advanced RPE analysis to track retinal pigment epithelial integrity and Ganglion Cell Analysis to assess glaucomatous loss in the macula that may not be evident in the peripapillary region. The FastTrac™ retinal tracking reduces eye motion artifacts without sacrificing patient throughput with a proprietary scan acquisition strategy, high speed 20 Hz LSO camera, and single-pass alignment scanning. This feature enables the highest resolution B-Scans to be captured in identical locations from visit to visit providing precise assessment of change in targeted pathologies.

Zeiss Cirrus 500 HD-OCT

CIRRUS HD-OCT 500 provides a great solution for comprehensive ophthalmic practices and offers essential OCT capabilities with a broad range of clinical applications in an easy-to-learn, easy-to-use instrument for the management of glaucoma and retinal disease, retina assessment for cataract surgery, and anterior segment imaging for corneal disease. The new OCT camera enables quick OCT fundus image refresh making patient alignment more efficient.

Zeiss Cirrus 4000 HD-OCT

The ZEISS Cirrus HD-OCT 4000 has advanced hardware and software that facilitate automated alignment and high patient through-put. An elegant user interface and fast electronics mean chair time is shortened. The Cirrus HD-OCT realizes the superior capabilities of ZEISS optics and provides exquisite high definition images and analyses for enhanced clinical confidence. It provides beautiful high definition OCT scans and LSO fundus images providing visualization of retinal structure. HD layer maps and thickness maps reveal the critical details of histology and pathology at a glance.

Zeiss Cirrus 400 HD-OCT

The ZEISS Certified Cirrus HD-OCT 400 is focused on the essential core OCT functionality, Model 400 is designed with the smaller budget in mind. Live OCT Fundus technology provides the fundus image using the OCT scanner only, rather than an additional line scanning ophthalmoscope (LSO). Both the Model 400 and Model 4000 offer the same package of glaucoma and retina analyses and are capable of anterior segment imaging.

CIRRUS™ SD-OCT model 400 shares the same modern integrated design, ease of use, and small footprint as the premium performance model 4000.

Optovue Ivue

The iVue OCT System is a powerful clinical tool that transforms the way you assess the retina, optic disc and the cornea. Quantify the thickness of the retina, nerve fiber layer, ganglion cell complex and the cornea. Track change and predict trends in RNFL and GCC thickness and precisely measure angles to aid in disease diagnosis. Your technicians will appreciate iVue’s familiar slit-lamp style operation and streamlined user interface that make scan acquisition quick and easy. And you can choose to combine the iVue OCT System with the iCam fundus camera, or get started with iVue alone and add the fundus camera at any time.

Optovue Rtvue

Optovue RTVue Fourier Domain OCT is an ultra-high speed, high resolution OCT retina scanner used for retina imaging and analysis. It is based on the next generation Fourier-Domain Optical Coherence technology just emerging from clinical research in the last two years. The ultra-high speed and high resolution features enable the FD-OCT to visualize the retinal tissue with ultra-high clarity in a fraction of seconds.

Topcon Maestro

The Topcon 3D OCT-1 Maestro System delivers a new standard of clinical utility by combining a high resolution color non-mydriatic retinal camera with the latest Spectral Domain OCT technology. The rotating touch panel and fully automated (alignment, focus and capture) operation make the 3D OCT-1 Maestro the perfect diagnostic solution for even the smallest clinical practice. PinPoint™ Registration properly indicates the location of the OCT image within the fundus image. A 12mm x 9mm scan along with automated segmentation provides measurement and topographical maps of the optic nerve and macula with Reference Database in one scan.
