Heath E. Queen

Heath E. Queen

PRESIDENT & CEO

Heath Queen is the President & CEO of Baseline Ophthalmic Systems. Heath is regarded as a respected and trusted partner in the Ophthalmic Industry. He has over 19 years experience in sales and sales management in business and medical technology industries. Including, Carl Zeiss Meditec, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. Heath’s successful tenure at Zeiss was highlighted by perennial Presidents Club, sales achievements, and leadership involvement roles. Most recently, Heath was part of the leadership team with Enhanced Medical Services. EMS allowed him many roles within the company, most notably VP of Business Development. Due to his successful contributions in the Ophthalmic Technology industry, customers have entrusted Heath’s consultation on thousands of equipment purchases.

Mark C. McKelvey

Vice President- Sales

Mark McKelvey brings with him over 25 years of experience in sales management and business ownership. More recently, McKelvey held sales leadership roles at Nevro and Stryker, both trusted and respected global medical devices companies.

As Vice President of Sales, McKelvey guides Baseline’s sales strategy and lead growth initiatives. 

Mark graduated from University of Kentucky with a BA in Marketing & Management.

Jeff A. Klosterman, OD

National Director- Sales Diagnostic & Advanced Vision Technology

Dr. Jeff Klosterman has over 20 years of immersion in the eye care world. Klosterman has real world experience in eye care after owning his own Optometric practice. 

As National Director of Sales, Diagnostic & Advanced Vision Technology, Dr. Klosterman oversees U.S. growth initiatives on Diagnostic portfolio of new and pre-owned eye care technology. Klosterman also leads our New Advanced Vision Technology division, specializing in Sports Vision Therapy Technology.

Dr. Klosterman graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Biology and received his Doctorate of Optometry from The Ohio State University College of Optometry.

Greg G. Moser

Vice President- Business Development

Greg Moser has 30+ years in pivotal roles in Business Development, Sales, Sales Management, Global Marketing, Information Systems and Law. 

Moser is responsible for setting and implementing Baseline’s strategy for business development among our alliance partners.  

Greg graduated from NKU Chase College of Law, NKU Graduate School of Healthcare Informatics, & Xavier University with a BSBA in Marketing and MBA in Finance & Int’l Business.
