BaseCare Protect

A maintenance and service plan that allows you to balance equipment uptime needs and your budget. Protect includes Baseline support and service calls, parts, labor, and travel. 

BaseCare Prevent 

A plan that provides enhanced service that supports preventative maintenance initiatives. In addition to all the features of Protect, Prevent plans includes comprehensive preventative maintenance program.

BaseCare Clinical Applications

We offer On-Site & Remote Training sessions coinciding with your equipment purchase, or you may discover that your technicians need additional training at some point in time. Your technicians may require comprehensive training to ensure optimal practice efficiency – or your staff may only need a refresher remote session. Whatever the situation, our BaseCare Clinical Applications training sessions can be customized to your specific needs.

On-site & Remote Training 

For technicians with minimal experience on a particular instrument, our On-site offering may be the best way to ensure best practices. Our On-site trainings are designed to ensure independent, confident operation of your equipment, and to maximize your investment.

For experienced technicians, your training can be completed via a remote video session. A mutually agreeable time and lasting approximately 45 – 60 minutes, these sessions are best for a deeper understanding of the updated capabilities of your new equipment.
